The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The staff were pleasant and friendly. The views were amazing and the location great. The uphill walk from town provided good exercise and counterbalanced the impact of the wonderful food in Santorini! We had a wonderful time.

I can't recommend this place highly enough. Gorgeous, wonderful views, whether you're on the caldera side or the sea side. Big room with a private outside deck, great location a short way from Fira so it should be less crowded and busy even at high time (we were there before tourist season really began, in March). The breakfast - and the service that went along with it - was really wonderful, delicious, and just showed how much care Nevma was willing to put in to make sure guests have a good stay. Pastries still warm from the oven, fresh fruit and greek yogurt - they have a menu card, you check off what you want and at what time, and then they don't just bring it by for you: they came in, set the table, and one day when it was windy even brought the table and chairs inside so we could still eat at it. I honestly can't recommend this place highly enough, we're never going to stay somewhere else when we visit Santorini so long as we have the option. So restful and wonderful.

Great location with a beautiful view of the sunset. There is a small kitchen and the bed was comfortable. We booked the cave suite with jacuzzi but didn't realize the jacuzzi was not joined to the suite, it is up some stairs outside of the suite. Our host was very accommodating when we requested that he turn up the heat on the jacuzzi.

We booked a kingsize bed room with 2 Sofa and got graded. The room is very spacious, the included room service of breakfast is great. 1 minute away from the 3 bell dome, 10 minutes walk to Fira. Great place to stay, I definitely recommend this place

The breakfast delivered to the room was nice - the bread is not toasted and there is no jam though. The hot water was divine from the shower but not very hot from the bathroom sink. I recommend upgrading to a room with jacuzzi to ensure you are BELOW the walkway and overlooking the caldera in the nicer rooms. Also I recommend touching base with the hotel using the contact info provided on the morning of check in or else your check in will be confusing- housekeeping seems to be contacting the manager who brings an employee to do the check in. Our room was on the top level and our caldera view doors opened onto the walkway to the office so it was not private but our room was big.

Lovely hotel with growing pains

This hotel is very new and the location is excellent. Our check in went smoothly and room was lovely. We had a sea view room which didn’t gives us a view to the caldera but the other side.We had large balcony to enjoy our breakfast. Great spots near the hotel to experience the famous Santorini sunset. The breakfast which was good was delivered to our room at a set time. We did have a few issues. When we opened the door to the balcony there was a problem losing the door. The door came off the hinges and the door was not aligned properly. My husband tried to fix it but couldn’t. While he was trying to fix it was very noisy and the owner came down to our room and basically accused us of breaking the door. He told us it was working perfectly before and that it would be very expensive to fix. There was obviously something wrong with the alignment but it was not something we did. He called a repairman and got it fixed. He told us he would not charge us for the repair. Unfortunately it was too late as his accusations earlier ruined our experience and put a damper on the rest of our day. The second issue was that you had to run the water in the shower for a long time to get warm water not hot just warm. I had arranged a transfer on our departure day through email. Owner had no record of it but said he would look into it. There was no further contact so I made my own transfer & send email to hotel. At the port we got a text that taxi was waiting for us.

Superb view of santorini old harbour and adjoining village of Oia. Staff was helpful in making recommendations and organizing shuttle services from the ferry and then for our departure by plane. Strongly recommended that you organize shuttle prior to arrival and departure as the local alternative are very expensive, twice or more.

Nevma suites was an absolutely fantastic property. Our room was beautiful, the breakfast was a wonderful surprise and the staff was so lovely. It is located in an excellent spot on the Caldera. We would definitely recommend this property if you arr visiting Santorini.
