We had an awesome stay. Kosta was a super host who made sure we were well taken care of from check in to check out. The room was nice and clean. It was in the heart of things and everything was accessible. The only downside was that there was not a smart tv in the room. But all in all we would stay there again and recommend to other guests. 10/10

We had a wonderful stay at The Arches. The location is fantastic—just a 3-minute walk from iconic landmarks like the Three Domes viewpoint, and surrounded by plenty of excellent restaurants and cafes. It’s perfectly situated for exploring the heart of Oia. The host was incredibly communicative and welcoming—a true example of Greek hospitality. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, offering helpful local tips and always being available when we had questions. One of the absolute highlights was the private jacuzzi with a stunning ocean view. Watching the sunset from the hot tub was pure magic—peaceful, beautiful, and unforgettable. It added such a special touch to our stay. Highly recommend The Arches if you’re looking for comfort, a prime location, and a warm, authentic experience in Santorini.

We had a lovely stay at the Arches Hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They allowed us a later check in and replied within minutes if we ever messaged. The location is amazing! Right in the heart of Oia. Easy access to the busses and very easy for a shuttle or taxi to pick up and drop off.

We had a fantastic stay, my boyfriends first visit to Greece and he was very pleased. The room had everything we needed, note the stairs up the rooftop were steep and a little tricky but worth it for the view! The location is great just seconds from the main street but still quiet. Breakfast was an extra bonus and superb, delivered to the door daily at a time to suit us. John was an amazing manager, quickly resolved minor issues, made recommendations and was very approachable. Stay in Santorini at The Arches

We enjoyed our stay in The Arches as it was super convenient around Oia and was fantastic for 3 days. It was just for sleeping so worked well for us but I can see how the smaller room will be tight for some folks and can be busy given the proximity to bars and shops. John was super diligent and was a great host. We’d recommend for single or couple travelers that are staying for a few days as we had a great stay. Santorini was such a beautiful place!

The rooftop lounge deck with the hot tub in the Marco sanudo suite was magical. Having a glass of prosecco in the tub as the sun sets was epic! The rooftop had a view of the west and north coasts and the church bells nearby. Beautiful. Breakfast was great; it was takeout style from a cafe, delivered at a time that is convenient for you.
