O ar-condicionado funciona ,mas muito velho e barulhento. Precisa desligar para dormir. O Fogão a indução demora muito para uma simples frigideira esquentar. Precisa modernizar esse aparelho e tem um forno elétrico e Air fryer. Já que é um flat. Mas, no geral é bom. Tem vista ao mar.
