O banheiro é bem ruim (péssimo). A localização é boa. Os lenções/toalhas estavam cheirando a amaciante. Obs. Na ocasião em que eu fiz a reserva 95% dos hotéis em Santos estavam ocupados. Não tive escolha.

Melhoras no sistema de TV pra ser mais mordenas e

Foi bom pra mim é a minha esposa que é a primeira vez em Santos mais o hotel devia ser melhor no serviço de quartos por exemplo a TV era da atinga 14 polegadas e só pegava a 2 canais a Globo e canal mundial deveria ter um televisão melhores e mais mordenas foram isso foi maravilhoso o buffet simples mais muito bom a dona do hotel a dona Marisa 👍🙏
