Great business option

Stayed for business. Clean room. Street where hotel is located is a bit rough, exercise caution when walking in the neighborhood. Uber works great in São Carlos. Two issues I had with the Hotel were the Wifi, quality was acceptable but system kept asking for username/password multiple times a day. Also you can hear everything on the door next room, a bit less if the bathroom door is closed.

Awesome staff, great place to stay.

Staff is super nice. Hotel is clean and quiet. Good room size. Breakfast is also very good.

Tem potencial para ser melhor

Tem enorme potencial. Mas precisa melhorar detalhes importantes: a luz de sensor que fica piscando no teto do quarto (atrapalhou o meu sono e o da minha esposa), o funcionamento dos cartões-chave (nosso checkout era 12h, mas depois das 10h ambas pararam de funcionar, tivemos que ir à recepção e pedir para reativar), o atendimento do checkin disse que o café era até 10h30, fomos umas 9h40, daí às 10h as funciorias do refeitório disseram que o horário do café tinha acabado e começaram a recolher os alimentos.
