a cidade de São Joaquim merece ser melhorada

Muito bom. Fiquei um pouco decepcionado com São Joaquim, última visita em 1997. A cidade, me pareceu, regrediu. Sem atrativos, sem restaurantes bons ou fáceis de localizar, sem ter o que fazer. Fiquei triste pois tinha excelente lembrança da cidade - primeira visita em 1991.
