The unique of this hotel, is the staff and service, in general, everybody is extremely polity, helpful and yelling to solve any problem in the best abilities. Its a waterbpark, and it has way too much noise and stimulus for me, but if you have kids, thats the place to be. Ps: the food was really good

Nice but needs improvements

Despite of the hotel only being 6 years old, the rooms and the food were not 4 star rating. Rooms and amenities were a little outdated, and they could have been cleaner. The waterpark was very nice, although quite small for the amount of people that were there in December. There will be another resort to be launched in 2027, I recommend to make it a bit more exclusive and upscale. The food also needs to improve as it was a large buffer and children were touching everything…definitely not 4 start rating. I’m positive the region and investments into the new resorts will be much improved.

I have been at this hotel many times, but this time the maintenance conditions were very bad. Room 1710 had some many problems. Weak shower, towel hangers falling apart, mattress with a big hole on one side.. one of the elevators had a broken floor and the faucet of baby kitchen was loose. For the price and for the time of the season, the maintenance should be a state of art.

Hotel excelente. Pessoal muitíssimo atencioso, café da manhã muito bom. Proximidade do parque Hot Beach e prioridade na entrada praticamente sem sair do hotel é um "ponto extra". Única ressalva que tenho, deixei como sugestão foi mudar a qualidade do café servido, e a falta de uma cafeteira, ainda que pequena, pois mesmo na Vila Guarani, que funciona à noite, não se consegue tomar um bom café. A única opção é o café de maquina automática, que deixa muito a desejar.

Recomendo uma visita de no máximo dois dias/noites, pois fiquei 5 noites e notei que o café da manhã, além de repetitivo, é bem simples. O jantar também não é nada especial, faltam um pouco de capricho e um cardápio mais variado. Senti falta de uma boa carne e de uns pratos mais saborosos. Nos dias de feriado, o restaurante fica um completo caos, nem bebida você consegue pedir, tem que enfrentar filas para conseguir um refrigerante e uma sobremesa. O estacionamento fica lotado e ficam carros espalhados pelas ruas internas. O parque é muito bom, apesar de ter poucas opções de brinquedos radicais, tem uma boa estrutura e boas opções de lanchonetes e restaurantes. A praia artificial é ótima e se você chegar cedo, consegue bons lugares. Como disse no começo, é legal para no máximo dois dias...

O Hot Beach Resort tem boa estrutura e potencial, especialmente para famílias, porém a experiência foi prejudicada por falhas claras na organização. Na área da piscina, apesar de existir regra proibindo reservar cadeiras e mesas com objetos pessoais, isso não é fiscalizado. Na prática, muitos lugares ficam “ocupados” sem ninguém presente, dificultando o uso por outros hóspedes. Ao procurar a gerência para resolver a situação, o atendimento não foi adequado, o que gerou ainda mais desconforto. Com uma gestão mais ativa e alinhamento da equipe, a experiência poderia ser muito melhor.
