De positivo temos a equipe muito educada e solicita, boa localização, quarto bem arrumado e com aparelhos de ar condicionado e tv novos. De negativo primeiramente o barulho, fiquei no primeiro andar e ouvia tudo, desde os atendimentos no saguao ate as pessoas conversando no cafe da manhã e as que passavam pelo corredor, nao sei como seria nos andares mais acima, mas para mim que tem sono leve essa parte incomodava; segundo ponto, nao que seja negativo, mas algo pra se atentar seria o estacionamento, ele fica a uma quadra de distancia e o ambiente em torno do hotel nao transmitia ser dos mais seguros, entao se pretende sair e chegar a noite vai precisar caminhar ate o hotel entao é algo para ficar ligado

O quarto tem um tamanho bom, ar condicionado bom, é acessível com elevador, porém as portas estavam com as maçanetas caindo o trinco e com problema pra fechar, o chuveiro dava choque no registro, com problema para fechar, sendo pontos a melhorar no hotel.

Quando chegamos fomos colocados num quarto com duas camas de solteiro, quando perguntei na recepção o recepcionista informou que não haviam mais quartos disponíveis, ainda me apresentou um comprovante do site onde dizia q meu quarto era de casal ou double, e ainda, que não contava com ar condicionado, apenas ventilador mas q estávamos no quarto com ar pq todos os quartos tem ar, no entanto, consultando minha reserva no app constavam um quarto com cama de casal e ar condicionado. No mais, os funcionários são educados e respeitosos, o café da manhã é como na foto, tem as opções básicas e é gostoso, mas as instalações do hotel não justificam a nota que consta no app, a porta do banheiro só parava fechada se estivesse trancada, o chuveiro não esquentava suficiente, o ar condicionado era barulhento e o barulho da rua entrava no quarto pq não havia vidros na janela, apenas cortina.

Gostei muito da minha estadia, foi apenas uma diária, o atendimento excelente... Quarto limpo, só uma sugestão seria pra colocar um cheirinho, aromatizador de ambientes... estava sentindo um cheiro estranho. Mas no total foi uma experiência ótima, café da manhã gostoso, acho que deveria ter mais opções, frutas mais frescas, mas estava bom... Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar lá novamente!
