A localização do hotel é muito boa, dentro do complexo do shopping. As acomodações são muito confortáveis e limpas, porém estava em um quarto comunicante que dava pra ouvir tudo do outro quarto. A academia do hotel, é boa pra uma academia de hotel. O café da manhã deixa um pouco a desejar, é a segunda vez que me hospedo no hotel, e nos dias mais cheios, as reposições demoram, ou não são feitas. O serviço de quarto é ruim, o cardápio do quarto não estava atualizado, ligue várias vezes e não consegui falar na recepção, quando consegui o prato demorou 1:20.
