Good hotel in great location

O like to stay one night in the hotel.. friendly staff, good breakfast , clean and tidy room. They just forgot to leave enough towels in the room ( it was only 01 towel and we’re 03 guests)

Tudo muito organizado e limpo. Ótima acomodação, mas o café da manhã já as 07h com poucas opções de sucos, não tinha bolo, sem leite zero lactose, sem iogurte, sem chocolate pronto. Sem louças para o uso, tive que ficar esperando. Algumas coisas já haviam acabado e não foram repostas. O ar condicionado do restaurante e dos holls de entrada ao elevadores ou estavam com defeitos ou eram insuficientes para atender a demanda.

A pia do banheiro estava entupida e por mais que eu pedisse para desentupirem, não tive minha solicitação atendida. O café da manhã continua fraco, desci para tomar café 9h00 da manhã, sendo que o café encerra às 10, tinha acabado o cuscuz e as frutas, pedi para repor e fui informada que não haveria reposição.

Acomodação bem mais ou menos. Quarto não tinha espelho de corpo inteiro, controles com pilhas que não funcionavam (e o hotel não tinha para substituir), travesseiros altos, sem possibilidade de mudar para opções mais baixas e menos desconfortáveis. Café da manhã bem fraco, não havia opções de tapioca e omelete (me informaram que houve problema naquele dia específico). A localização é boa, os funcionários foram educados e o chuveiro era bom.

O hotel é bem localizado, os funcionários foram muito cordiais comigo, fui bem recebida por Helen na recepção, o café da manhã muito bom mas, na limpeza do quarto deixou muito a desejar. No quarto tinha baratas, eu matei muitas, até deixei uma morta e só recolheram no dia seguinte. A pia do lavabo estava entupida por sujeira, e o banheiro ficou com a areia que eu trouxe dos Lençóis Maranhenses...

Poderia ter conseguido o mesmo por preço menor. Bonito por fora, mas ordinário por dentro. O interfone não tinha cabo para ligar à rede telefônica. Era só decorativo. Lâmpadas do lavabo queimadas. Televisão com a imagem péssima e desfocada. Falsa propaganda ao colocarem, foto de uma academia. Na verdade, a academia é privada e fora do hotel. O que oferecem é um desconto de 10% para hóspedes. Pintura da porta do quarto descascando, dando impressão de pouco zelo.

A cama é horrível. Nada confortável! O lado que você dorme você acorda com ele todo dolorido. Café da manhã muito básico pro calor da diária. Muito ruim de comunicação; tem que ligar várias vezes pra ser atendido; teve dias que não consegui atendimento. No geral o valor da diária não corresponde ao hotel: valor muito alto e a estadia é muito desconfortável. Terminei a viagem extremamente cansada porque não dormi bem nenhuma noite. Sem contar que pela manhã os funcionários ficam conversando super alto nos corredores e não dá pra descansar mesmo.
