Detalhes que fazem diferença!

No geral minha estadia foi boa, mas pequenos detalhes fazem muita diferença. A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar um pouco, serviço de quarto um pouco fraco, chuveiro ruim e sem pressão caia pouca agua e extremamente quente. Não conseguimos internet nenhum dia, apesar do local ter wi-fi a internet não funcionava e a televisão também não, tivemos que logar com nossas próprias contas de streaming para ver alguma coisa. Em contrapartida, toalhas extremamente confortáveis e cheirosas, café da manhã muito gostoso e é levado no quarto. Praia muito próxima (só faltou uma piscina :)

Bangalôs muito confortáveis e com decoração rústica da própria região. Conta com micro ondas e pia para pequenas refeições. Banheira de imersão no pátio para uso particular ou nas diversas espalhadas pelo hotel. Indicado para quem quer descansar. A praia com acesso pelo hotel é muito bonita.

Impedidos de fazer checkin chegando às 23h para apenas uma noite porque havia uma criança de 6 anos junto. Ficamos até meia noite “presos” na recepção para depois mediante taxa extra liberar a entrada usando as mesmas camas dos pais. Pior q a taxa extra foi o tratameto recebido desde a chegada. Totalmente intimidador e zero empatia em resolver a situação!

Conhecer o hotel foi uma grata surpresa, achamos os bangalôs confortáveis, silenciosos, café da manhã no quarto bem conveniente. Atendimento foi ótimo dos funcionários. Aceitar nosso pet foi o diferencial, visto que quase nada na região aceita, infelizmente. A praia é uma delícia e bem próxima, o caminho é por dentro do hotel. Também há um bar do próprio hotel que faz o atendimento, conveniente e muito exclusivo, não passa ninguém. O restaurante é interessante, precisando só de alguns ajustes de cardápio. O bar que fica próximo à quadra de beach tennis também precisa ficar mais atrativo e para tornar tudo perfeito gostaria de não ver os passarinhos na gaiola, espero vê-los livres em breve! Voltaremos com certeza, o Taboo se tornou um ponto de pouso em Milagres para nós.

Iniciando…péssimo serviço, falta qualidade em tudo no hotel, reservei 5 diárias e só fiquei 2 pois não aguentei ficar mais no hotel… falta atendimento, falta água quente, quarto não possui blackout e então você acorda juntamente com o sol, ninguém arruma o quarto quando você solicita…quando chegamos o restaurante estava fechado e sem serviço de quarto, os dias que ficamos os bares que tem no lugar estavam fechados. Pior experiência em um hotel que já tive. Não fiquem nesse lugar o arrependimento é certo.
