Check in process is very complicated and rooms did not provide local tv channels, bathroom supplies, ie toilet paper, shampoo, soap. No coffee in kitchen or soap. Gym had cheap equipment. Otherwise, place was spotless and hope the workers are properly paid.

A localização atendia a minha necessidade e a vizinhança parecia boa. Há portaria, fica ao lado de um hospital, o que movimenta a via. O apartamento é bom de infra, atende bem duas pessoas. Precisa de mais tomadas, especialmente próximo da cama e do balcão de apoio. A limpeza e manutenção não estavam em dia. Não conseguimos fazer funcionar a tv (canais), a rede de internet era de outro apartamento, não havia secador de cabelos, nitidamente estava empoeirado e com sujeira, inclusive fios de cabelo no chão... e até lixo na lixeira. Não havia vassoura nem pá de lixo.

Bom apartamento, novo, com conforto, ergonomia e comodidades. Me bati um pouco pra usar o fogão de indução e a luzinha da geladeira e microondas incomodam um pouquinho na hora de dormir, mas no geral foi muito boa a estadia. Boa localização, excelente atendimento da portaria.
