AVOID THIS PROPERTY - DO NOT STAY HERE The apartment was filthy dirty on check-in, with no towels, sheets or toilet paper. I waited several hours, repeatedly reporting the issue to an online agent (there are no staff at the property, other than security), and after 4.5 hours eventually left and booked another property. The property management company and Expedia are refusing to reimburse. DO NOT STAY HERE

The shower was the best of our 3 week trip. The bed was small, must have been a full, not a queen. The initial facial sign in was difficult, would have been impossible if we didn't speak Portuguese. Once the facial login was complete, it was the easiest thing to use. So convenient. Great location, I chose it for the pool but it was much too cold in July to go in.

Decent Space, But Lacking Even Slightest Courtesy

Terrible communication (as in: none) regarding the security system registration and the use of the OMO Lavenderia application, which I'd recently had terrible luck with in Porto Alegre and only got working because of a friendly English-speaking resident that I met (BTW, the app is only in Portuguese, but the real problem is that it's terribly user-unfriendly). Another set of owners who think of the customer as nothing but a paycheck and do nothing that would make you feel like a valued guest.

Lo bueno: - Muy bien ubicada. A 1 cuadra de la Ave. Paulista - El edificio tiene piscina y zonas sociales muy completas - Buen sistema de seguridad en el edificio - El estudio tiene todo lo necesario para tu estancia (cocinera, microondas, tele, wifi, toallas, cafetera, refri) Lo malo: - Un problema la comunicación. Responden muy lento los propietarios. Asegurarse de completar todo el check in antes de llegar al lugar para conseguir las claves de acceso. (Yo tardé 1hr afuera de la propiedad sin poder entrar) - Solo hablan portugués. No inglés No español - El estudio es un poco pequeño, pero funcional - La limpieza puede mejorar mucho. Sábanas y edredón con manchas. Mucho polvo por todos los rincones de la casa - Empieza a verse descuidada. El baño tiene piezas flojas o rotas
