Boa estadia, a localização é excelente e a estrutura do prédio são os pontos altos por conta do Mini mercado, piscina e portaria 24h. Fica a 1 quadra do Allianz, essencial pra mim q fui ver show lá. O quarto é ok, mas deixa a desejar na limpeza e conforto, a cama era bem dura. Mas a vista era bacana, além de ter varias tomadas. Destaco que eles não fazem limpeza do quarto ou troca de toalhas durante a estadia.

Bom para medio prazo.

O apto ele não esta num estado muito bom, coisas quebradas, o corredor cheira fumaça, em geral é um lugar vazio não muito acomodativo. Se voce tiver por um tempo mais longo que alguns dias pode ser uma boa ideia já que o apto ele tem fogão e microondas, mas nenhum utensílio. Existe uma marcenaria na base que pode ser facilmente evitado, pois tem um supermercado já na esquina.

Não recebi email para iniciar o chek in e quando cheguei lá fui barrada na portaria porque não tinha o nome dos acompanhantes. Não consegui contato com o site, liguei diversas vezes e não atendia. O porteiro conseguiu ligar quando percebeu o nosso nervosismo. Com relação ao apartamento, é excelente . A localização é maravilhosa, principalmente para quem quiser ir à jogos ou shows no Allianz Park.

A localização é boa e a estrutura, incluindo uma lojinha de conveniências e os porteiros, também! O problema é que o apto já foi encontrado sujo, inclusive fronhas e lençóis. Os travesseiros são muito ruins. Solicitei papel higiênico e nem me deram retorno! O box é pequeno, mas a ducha é muito boa. Não tive maiores problemas porque só usei o apto para dormir.

O sofá cama é bem ruim para dormir. E o colchão da cama era fundo no meio, então você acaba ficando inclinado. Como foi só uma noite, deu pra resistir. Chuveiro muito bom. Ar condicionado split. Em 3 minutos a pé, você está na grade/muro do estádio Allianz Park. Para assistir a jogos ou a shows, a localização é perfeita. O mercado autosserviço é uma ótima comodidade. Cerveja, agua, petiscos… facilita bastante.
