If you don't come with the attitude of "I pay, I want things done now", then overall the experience is great. Specially so, if you want to combine your stay with work. Both the room and lobby offer great an environment for that. There seem to be many young people in the building, yet I didn't have problems with noise at all. You have grocery shops and a big mall two blocks away. SP is a huge city, yet in max 30min you can Uber to most of the places where there is a great nightlife. Also at walking distance you have at least two of excellent restaurants.

The check in was difficult, my studio was smelling badly cigarrete i had to request to exchange my studio. it was very extressful. The amenities in the building was nice, and the staff who work in the building were really nice, other than that, my experience was poor. I do not plan to comeback there.

Já fiquei em algumas unidades desse prédio , e todas sempre tem algum problema(manutenção,limpeza ,acabamento) E infelizmente nessa unidade não foi diferente; Pontos negativos e serem corrigidos ; Iluminação, várias com defeito ou queimadas Sem rodinho de pia e um pano perflex na cozinha ! Banheiro sem papel higiênico e solicitei a 360 e informaram que não podiam fazer nada ! Chuveirinho do chuveiro vazando mesmo no modo fechado ! No banheiro faltou toalheiros , rosto e banho para pendurar as toalhas Faltam cabides nos armários E um mancebo para roupas e casacos Tomada do lado esquerdo da cama quebrada Abajures com fio em estado duvidoso Paredes com pintura bem judiada precisando de renovação, cortinas são grossas mas não doa blackout Local é péssimo para achar vaga na rua (poderiam reivindicar junto a prefeitura uma vaga em frente ao menos para carga e descarga de 5mim para hóspedes conseguirem descarregar as malas em Frente ao prédio ! Faltou uma cafeteira , torradeira Pontos positivos : Internet boa , tv também , no box do banheiro tem onde por sabonete e shampoo(em outras unidades nunca vi ) porta do box é de correr ,espelho do armário e armário do banheiro muito bom , espelho no guarda roupas , guarda roupas bom ! Geladeira ótima , ar funcionando muito bem ! Roupas de cama muito boas e limpas 4 travesseiros bons Toalhas boas Cama confortável

Precisa de cuidados !!

Studio padrão, bem equipado até , porém em Péssimo estado de conservação e limpeza !! Somente o piso estava limpo !! Os utensílios (bancadas , cafeteira etc) todo empoeirado,banheiro com respingos de urina no chão em volta do sanitário ! Roupa de cama: lençóis fronhas limpas ok, tolhas ok tbm , porém o cobre leito (tipo edredon branco ) nitidamente sujo com marcas de uso,não estava imundo mas notava-se que já estava usado e não lavado ! Falta suporte de sabonete e shampoo no box , várias lâmpadas queimadas e com defeito , cabeceira da cama com madeiras e fios soltos , manchas e mofo na parede abaixo do ar condicionado! Cama de casal , confortável , mas poderia ser queen ! Tv não pega canais abertos (básico ) geladeira soltando água ( bastante ) pela porta , parece algum tipo de defeito , a localização é ótima porém a dificuldade em achar uma vaga na região,já que o prédio oferece garagem, é extrema,até mesmo para chegar no prédio e descarregar as malas,até existem alguns estacionamentos por perto mas que não são 24h ! Em resumo penso que falta cuidado e carinho por parte da administração e do proprietário!!

Localização perfeita, tv de tamanho excelente porém: no banheiro não havia suporte de papel higiênico nem papel higiênico. Na pia não havia porta toalha só os furos na parede. No box não havia porta sabonete e sim dois sabonetinhos grudados no azulejo, talvez como sugestão? Na cozinha havia uma maquina nespresso porém nenhuma capsula, nem filtro d’água, nem esponja e detergente. Tive que lavar a louça com sabonete. Não havia uma manta extra no armário. No inverno de São Paulo é necessária alem de economizar energia elétrica com o ar condicionado. São todos itens baratos que deixam a vida do hóspede mais pratica. Eles tem também um problema com comunicação. Foram dois dias para obter resposta de mensagem. As informações do wifi estavam erradas. Consegui configura-lo com as informações na etiqueta colada no modem. O apartamento é otimo de proporções e o sofazinho ao pé da cama é muito pratico. Padaria, mercado, metrô e shopping muito próximos. Com essas questões resolvidas o apartamento vai ser perfeito.

Studio bacana mas precisa de manutenção , balcão bamba , box vazando água , registro do banheiro saindo na mão , porta saboneteira do box quebrada , móveis judiados , porta do guarda roupas ruim de abrir, papel de parede descolando , enfim detalhes , carinho , capricho , não prejudico nossa diária mas em uma próxima oportunidade irei procurar uma unidade mais bem acabada !

Super básica sem luxo

O prédio é ótimo, mas o apartamento que fiquei é basico, não entendo a palavra "luxo" em seu nome. Secador de cabelo é um item indispensável e não oferecem. Senti falta de uma tranca interna para melhorar a segurança do quarto (a camareira entrou sem tocar a campainha 30min após o meu check-in).
