Bom mas com pontos importantes a melhorar

Localização boa, região tranquila mesmo com faculdade próxima, o condomínio conta com academia com estrutura boa e também com mini mercado na entrada (mas no entorno há mercado próximo), studio equipado com geladeira, microondas, cooktop, banheiro com chuveiro aquecido a gás muito bom, mas com pontos de atenção e a melhorar na questão de conforto e o que equipa... (Unidade 801). Ar condicionado não funciona (e não é porque estava com a chave desligada no quadro) o controle não conversa com o equipamento mesmo Higiene: Studio não possui nenhum pano de prato para louça, e foi a nós deixado menos que meio rolo de papel higiênico ( que estava também molhado), tive que comprar um pacote no mercado. Cama: colchão bem velho, não é nada firme. Pés da cama tortos e com o forro aparente pois estava de desfazendo da cama. Os travesseiros não são bons, parecem que a espuma está de desfazendo por dentro. Lençóis e cobertas ok, padrão de outros Studios que locam para serviços assim. Existem acabamentos de elétrica aparente e luminária sem lâmpada. Não tem estacionamento, mas tem vagas de rua a frente para tal, mas com grande concorrência devido a faculdade e hospitais/clínicas próximo. E tem estacionamento pago próximo mas só trabalham durante horário comercial. Para estadias curtas 1 a 2 dias, até que ok... Mas se ficar mais que isto a estrutura não proporciona uma experiência boa para descanso se as pontuações acima forem o padrão. As fotos do anúncio são realmente do apartamento.

melhorar um pouco

Deveriam melhorar a limpeza, chão sujo, e faltou panos de prato, pois se fossemos usar utensílios, não conseguiríamos enxugar para guardar. Iria guardar molhado no armário. O lugar é tranquilo e tem um estacionamento 24 hs bem pertinho, a menos de meia quadra.

Se puderem , fiquem em outro lugar

Quarto pouco confortável, cama ruim. Mas o pior mesmo é não conseguir resolver nada , pois o canal de comunicação via 360 suítes não dão informações suficientes e ainda são debochados. Outro ponto péssimo é que surgem muitas baratas, um grande nojo. Segue fotos.

Há opções melhores.

O hotel em si não é ruim. O quarto é confortável, decorado, com a estrutura necessária para uma boa estadia e o bairro é bem seguro para se movimentar de dia e a noite pela região. PORÉM, meu maior ponto negativo é a questão da limpeza. Senti que peguei o quarto não muito limpo, principalmente as roupas de cama. Apesar do bairro ser bom, leve em consideração que o hotel é bem longe do metrô caso você vá a pé. Por fim e explicando o título dessa Review, digo que há opções melhores pq sim, existem. Flats com preços parecidos ou pouco mais caros, no mesmo bairro, mas com mais facilidades (proximidade ao metrô, conforto, limpeza diária sem taxa extra, mais comodidades no quarto...) Caso tu não ligue para esses pontos citados, acredito que não irá ser uma experiência negativa. A minha não foi ruim, mas poderia ser melhor!
