It looks like a crack house. There ia no way this property should be on Expedia. They rent rooms by the hour. Unbelievably bad. The mattresses are rubber, no door to the bathroom and toilet in the shower. Expedia should invest money in checking properties before they accept them. The pictures are NOT what you get. My kids found a condom on the floor. We did not leave because it was 1 am when we arrived. Nasty place

Fiquei hospedado próximo ao aeroporto de Guarulhos (GRU) após retornar de viagem. Cheguei de madrugada e, ao tentar fazer o check-in, fui informado pela recepcionista que não havia reserva em meu nome. Entrei em contato com a HOTELS.COM, que me forneceu o ID da reserva, mas mesmo assim não foi localizada. Como precisava descansar antes de outro voo, solicitei um quarto. Infelizmente, a experiência foi bastante negativa: O quarto tinha cheiro de fechado há muito tempo. No banheiro havia uma barata morta. O chuveiro não tinha água quente. A cama estava coberta por um plástico no colchão, tornando o sono desconfortável. Como estava exausto, acabei ficando, mas não recomendo este local.

Os funcionários são muito cordiais e muito solícitos, porém a estrutura do hotel é péssima, o chuveiro não esquentava, tive que tomar banho frio, a descarga tava com problema, o lençol estava sujo, o ventilador super barulhento, a porta do banheiro não tinha trancas, e o café muito muito muito básico, não tinha nem faca para passar manteiga no pão, detalhe juntaram duas camas de solteiro, sendo que ao reservar, foi reservado cama de casal. Horrível ..

O quarto tem colchões ruins e fiquei com dores nas costas. Não foi arrumado e ainda tem o café da manhã que é fraquíssimo. A TV tem canais que nao tem som e não conseguem resolver. O atendimento é cordial, mas Boa vontade não muda o cenário. Espero que varias pessoas leiam este comentário e possam evitar uma experiência como esta.

Quando cheguei depois de um dia exaustivo, demorei para entrar no estacionamento, pois não havia uma pessoa para abrir o portão, após isso, no meu quarto, o chuveiro não saia água, aguardei quase 1 hora para ser remanejado à outro quarto em que eu pudesse tomar banho. Eu paguei por 2 diárias, mas resolvi não continuar em um lugar tão ruim e perdi uma das diárias.

Quarto mal iluminado , janela sem veneziana e uma cortina totalmente transparente, Banheiro podre de sujeira chuveiro neste inverno não esquenta, roupas de camas fedidas e sujas. Pior experiência que já tive em hospedagem. Pedi para trocar de quarto e foi mais do mesmo exatamente como o outro, sujo, fedido roupas de cama fedendo e sujas. Não recomendo a ninguem e nunca mais me hospedo neste local.

Para ficar 1 dia pelo motivo da proximidade de GRU

O banheiro do quarto tinha vazamento na válvula de descarga, a luz do banheiro com problemas e torneira estava espirrando água. No mais a hospedagem foi boa e o atendimento da equipe nota 10.
