Neighborhood Overview
PINHEIROS is a district in the western part of the Brazilian city of São Paulo, being one of the best neighborhoods in the region, it has a great choice of restaurants, bars and cafes, and is considered a safe neighborhood. This is my favorite region of Sao Paulo, with a myriad of things to do. It is possible to do everything on foot, including going to Vila Madalena bars, shopping at Eldorado or Iguatemi Shopping, visiting the Tomie Ohtake Institute, running/jogging in the tree line avenue of Pedroso de Morais or enjoying all the gastronomy of the region. It also has one of the main avenues of the city, "Faria Lima", one of the largest financial centers in the country near one of the best and newest lines, the Yellow Line, which gives you access to the whole city, thus avoiding traffic congestion.

Coming and going
In addition to all the attractions around the building, the location is privileged with quick access to the Faria Lima metro (Yellow Line, one of the newest and modern subway lines of São Paulo) only 3 minutes from the apartment. where you will have easy access by public transportation to all points of the city, allowing you to quickly reach other famous regions of São Paulo, such as Av. Paulista (~ 10 min by subway) and Downtown (~ 15 min). Also easy access by car to Marginal Pinheiros, Faria Lima Avenue, Reboucas giving diverse options to move around in the city of Sao Paulo


Other observations

My apartment was made to be extremely functional giving various possibilities of use and at the same time ensure a good circulation space, for that, it is worth noting that: The double bed is a built-in bed (Murphy bed) in which during the day is a sofa that accommodates 3 people comfortably and at night turns into bed, it is important to know that the host will have to put on and take off pillows to perform this transformation. The coffee table is also a dining table that goes up and down and can even increase the size being able to accommodate up to 6 people comfortably, it is important to know that the host will have to lift and lower this table so that you can fulfill both functions as you wish and or need

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find a fitness center, a garden, and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
