It's apartment type of hotel that include a microwave and little kitchenette for simple cooking in each room. The studio room is very small with barely enough space to walk around. (It's probably around 100 sq feet or 10 sq meter excluding the tiny bath room.) The good thing about this place is that it has a very restaurant with nice ambiance that serve breakfast/lunch buffet and à la carte dinner.

I love love the location. It's not a quiet one. Right on Paulista Ave with 3 malls in walking distance. Many restaurants. Easiness to get transportation. Communication were all in Portuguese how when I arrived some of attendants speaks English. I will return again. There is a good deal of security there.

The staff does not speak English and the room does not have hair dryer. All communication was in Portuguese and we did not understand. Check in instruction was very confusing

Nice place with friendly staff. The units are quites small, but perfect for 1 person. Best shower I’ve had in years - I wish I had one of those at home. A bit noisy. I was on the 10th floor with the windows shut, and could hear the street traffic and live music from the restaurant downstairs - which was over before 10pm.

Poor Hospitality & Exorbitant Fees

The primary reason for my poor review for this property is because even though the room was ready, they would not let me check in early, at noon. They wanted to charge me an exorbitant fee for checking in early. And even though I was checking out of the hotel very early the following morning (6 AM) and so would overall spend much less than 24 hours in the room.

Boa opção na região para estadias curtas

O quarto é adequado para uma estadia curta. Isolação acústica é ok, chuveiro excelente, cama um pouco dura; WiFi sofrível. Ótima localização, bem em frente a estação do metrô. O que mais se destacou para mim foi o café da manhã, que ocorre no restaurante abaixo do hotel (Jardan) e é espetacular. Valeu a pena incluir na reserva pois o preço avulso é muito maior.

Ponto forte: localização incrivel, cafe da manhã (opcional), quarto moderno com itens bons como ar, cama e sofa cama. Pode melhorar: check in um pouco burocratico e app muito lento, deixar no mini bar pelo menos uma agua de cortesia, desnecessário deixar apenas um rolo de papel higienico no quarto.
