A localizacao é excelente, a comunicação é muito ruim, o processo de adiantamento ao acesso ao quarto, é ESPERACULAR, talvez umas das melhores coisas. O acesso ao hotel é bem complicado porque os elevadores sao os mesmos usados pelos clientes do Busca Busca, e isso é Terrível para quem vai fazer compras no Brás e esta sempre cpm um carrinho cheio e pesado. Nao existe tolerancia no check-out, eles sao bem taxativos nesse sentindo. O mais, tudo certo!

Mesmo estado dentro de um shopping, zero barulho, super recomendo para quem vai às compras no Brás , perto de tudo! A única coisa ruim é o elevador que é para o shopping inteiro e carga e descarga, e como o busca busca fica dentro aí é bem complicado, mas só isso Amei a estadia!

Apartamento novo, bem conservado, no quinto andar do shopping do busca busca, o problema é o colchão q deixa um pouco a desejar, assim como os travesseiros. Isolamento acústico também não tem, então no período da tarde, por ser uma região de muito barulho e movimento, não existe silêncio
