Uma grata surpresa! O apartamento estava bem limpo e tudo funcionava perfeitamente: ar condicionado, frigobar, micro-ondas. O banheiro também é bom. O local é seguro e foi bem fácil fazer o check-in. O fato de ficar o quinto andar do shopping Plaza Polo faz toda a diferença para quem for fazer compras.

Esta é a segunda vez que me hospedo no Ape Brás. Na primeira experiência, tudo foi excelente; contudo, nesta ocasião, infelizmente, não posso dizer o mesmo. No primeiro dia, dormimos sem cobertor, pois não havia disponibilidade — justamente em uma noite bastante fria. Nosso nome foi incluído em uma lista de espera, porém o cobertor só foi disponibilizado na noite seguinte. Além disso, a cama estava em condições muito ruins: excessivamente barulhenta e com um afundamento no centro, o que comprometeu significativamente o conforto. Foi bastante difícil passar as noites nessas condições.
