Considering its price, this is a great value apartment. It is spacious, clean and modern. The bedding is very comfortable. It is located close to a subway station, walking streets, restaurants, a park, and about 20 min car ride to downtown area. The only downside is that there are many homeless people in the park and around the subway exit. While they are harmless, it made us feel a bit uncomfortable staying in the neighborhood.

Hospedagem excelente, próxima de tudoooo, do lado do metrô, mercados, restaurantes, apartamento muito confortável, piscina boa, academia boa também, tem um mercadinho 24h lá dentro ótimo para uma emergência, prédio muito seguro também! Amei, com certeza voltarei (só faltou a lavanderia dentro do prédio, acho que estava e, manutenção, mas mesmo assim tem uma bem pertinho, uns 5 minutos caminhando do prédio) Ah, e vi alguns comentários falando sobre barulho, mas muito pelo contrário, fiquei no 4º andar, e a porta da varanda abafa bastante o barulho! Então ela fechada, não escutava nada, e olha que fui na semana do carnaval, muitos blocos ali próximo

Adorei minha estadia no Aurora. Quarto é muito espaçoso, com cozinha, uma sala com tv, cama super confortável. O bairro é um pouco barulhento, não sei se era pelo fato de ser durante o período de carnaval, mas como a porta da sacada veda bem o barulho, não tive problemas pra dormir. Adorei que fica a 1 quadra da estação de metro Republica, super perto facilitando muito meu deslocamento pela cidade. Recomendo e voltaria!
