Unlikely the neighbor the hotel was really clean, safe and the breakfast was awesome. But the neighborhood is little scary , so I recommend get hotel early at night. Also they do have paid parking.

Great staff, room is much roomier then most average hotels in São Paulo, breakfast was excellent, area might be rough to around but there’s security and valet service right up front.

RUDE STAFF! BAD WIFI!! Very disappointed with this hotel! I was really looking forward to coming here, but for the price I paid, I could have found a much cheaper hotel with better service! First of all, check-in took over 15 minutes! The receptionist was very cold and didn't make me feel welcome at all! No smile, he seemed annoyed that I was there! The room is extremely tiny and the Wi-Fi is incredibly weak! Impossible to work! I was disconnected every 20 minutes!!! The area is very dangerous at night, be careful! Also they ask you 20BRL per item to keep your luggages (even for a small backpack that you can put over your suitcase)! Breakfast was okay.

Pontos positivos: a localização facilita e aproxima o hóspede de diversos lugares da cidade. Outra coisa a se destacar é o excelente café da manhã. Não gostei, porque eles limitam o controle do painel do ar condicionado, deixando somente em 25 graus, não tem como diminuir a temperatura, então passei muito calor. O chuveiro sai muito pouca água, o café da manhã deixa a desejar na qualidade dos alimentos e o lugar é perigoso.
