Beautiful place surrounded by nature and tranquility. Various fruit trees * (grape, orange, lemon, blackberry, avocado, mango, jaboticaba, plum and etc.). A small garden with lettuce, cabbage, cherry tomatoes and etc. *
Main house:
- Large balcony with hammock for rest
-Composed of 05 rooms, 02 suites and 02 other double rooms. The 5th collective room with 03 bunk beds and several mattresses. Two separate bathrooms. A complete internal kitchen with refrigerator, stove and microwave and etc..
- Swimming pool 4 x 8
- Games and party room ** (9 x 6 meters) with foosball table, billiards and ping-pong. Kitchen with industrial stove, barbecue and pizza oven and two changing rooms with bathroom.

A propriedade tem belas paisagens, ótima piscina e acomodações suficientes para receber todos.Os eletrodomésticos estão bem velhos, mas funcionais em sua maioria. Leve ventilador, pois não há nos quartos.

O sítio Dias Felizes para quem gosta de calmaria, aconchego e natureza é o lugar ideal. A simplicidade do ambiente também nos atraiu muito. O sr. João (caseiro) foi extremamente atencioso e solícito quando foi chamado.

Viajamos para a chácara do Sr. Aires para curtir o Natal em família, fomos em 14 adultos e 3 crianças, amamos o local super limpo, organizado, bem estruturado, ficamos muito bem acomodados. O local tinha tudo o que precisávamos em questão de utensílios de cozinha. O caseiro Sr João é muito simpático, nos recepcionou muito bem e nos auxílio em todas as dúvidas que tivemos ao decorrer da hospedagem. O dono Sr Aires é muito simpático também, não o conheci pessoalmente, mas o que precisei dele via telefone ele me ajudou muito. O local é um pouco afastado do centro, então aconselho a levar tudo o que irá precisar, para evitar ficar saindo, mas se precisar tem um mercadinho um pouco mais perto, que nos atendeu bem quando precisávamos de algo. Com certeza voltaremos a chácara, passamos dias muito bons por lá..
