Se quiser água mineral de manhã, vá até a recepção comprar, pois não servem no café da manhã. Se gosta de roupas de cama e toalhas limpas e cheirosas, melhor procurar outro lugar. E se espera um quarto e um banheiro limpinho, esqueça.

Hotel com excelente localização...no centro nervoso de Mogi! Simples, mas limpo e com otimo custo benefício! O box não estava bem instalado e vazava agua do banho sempre, molhando todo o banheiro.

Falta informações sobre a chegada , no horário de comercio a rua de entrada do estacionamento e bloqueada para veículos é usada como calçadão das lojas do comércio, como não passaram nenhuma informação ficamos rodando em volta sem saber o que fazer, só depois no fim da tarde retornamos e conseguimos passar pela rua e entrar no estacionamento, tentamos contato com o hotel no momento por ligação e mensagem e não tive retorno nenhum , só depois o atendente informou que o acesso e liberado somente para o hotel e que tem que entrar com o pisca do carro ligado , lamentável.

Estadia agradável

Apesar das instalações serem simples, o quarto era confortável. Estava extremamente limpo, o que raramente vejo em hotéis com mais luxo. Me surpreendi com o silêncio do centro, pois ficamos em andar baixo. O atendimento é muito cordial. Café da manhã com bastante variedade.

Bom hotel pelo custo benefício!

Hotel confortável, padrão antigo, mas tudo funcionando, quarto e banheiro limpos, café da manhã muito bom, a experiência em si foi bem agradável, principalmente pelo custo benefício, no geral, fiquei satisfeito. Uma ressalva é que o hotel fica localizado dentro de um calçadao fechado para carros, perdi quase meia hora rodando pelas ruas e não conseguia encontrar, precisei parar o carro em uma rua longe porque o hotel fica exatamente no centro da cidade, lotado de pessoas, precisei procurar o telefone do hotel pra me informar como eu chegava até o hotel, o que me fez atrasar muito em meu compromisso. Poderia informar na descrição sobre esse acesso ou enviar uma mensagem explicando, porque se é uma pessoa que não sabe como resolver, não acha, é importante esse detalhe.
