This unit is on the 12th floor and has 40m² of pure comfort, there are two spacious and optimally designed bedrooms, with a complete kitchen integrated with the living room and a bathroom.
Its location is privileged, as it is close to Hospital Sírio Libanês, where the area is super quiet and has access to everything needed for a great stay.
The building offers separate paid laundry, outside the apartment.
For everyone's safety, the Building requires guest documents to be sent prior to arrival. After booking, you must send us a photo ID of all guests.
Visitors are not allowed.
Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out is until 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability.
