This hot, el was my go to property on our visits to Sao Paulo (normally about once a month). Unfortunately the hotel has been getting from bad to worse. Now they only clean the rooms once every three days. Any additional cleaning before the three days is subject to a charge. The hotel may be under construction as for the second time , I woke up and there was no running water. Out of three elevators one is out of order and another one has a dirty construction cover. At least three times I had to go back down to get my card keys reprogrammed as they stopped working. Very inconvenient as sometimes trying to go down to the first floor took a while due to the heavy use of the elevators. Due to the age of the hotel, they do not have the luxury of cleaning the rooms every three days. Breakfast buffet is great and very complete. Cleaning ladies are very friendly. I sincerely hope they get better as the hotel is centrally located close to restaurants and transportation.

O hotel não se preocupa com a saúde pública e nem com o bem-estar das pessoas que não fumam. Diante da porta de entrada/saida, hóspedes e um Funcionário fumam constantemente. A fumaça adentra o interior do hotel. Todos se tornam fumantes passivos. Fiz uma reclamação mas de nada adiantou. Disseram que é área externa. Argumentei que ali é uma área de uso comum, sendo que todos estão expostos. Um bebê de 12 meses de vida, que esteve internado por bronquiolite e viajou para São Paulo em busca de consulta médica especializada, ao entrar no hotel, teve que respirar a fumaça que um tabagista liberava. Péssimo ambiente. -os canais de TV são muito ruins; os travesseiros são ruins; a conexão de internet também não é boa. Muitos jovens que estavam hospedados, faziam muito barulho noturno, a janela do quarto estava com o trinco quebrado, sendo inseguro…neste hotel, não me hospedo nunca mais.

O hotel geral precisa de mais cuidado. Mas principalmente o quarto onde fiquei tinha um cheiro de mofo forte. Eu que não tenho alergias só dormi pois o cansaço venceu. Mas meu nariz chegava arder com o cheiro. Quase tudo velho, enferrujado, lodo, mofo e mal cuidado. O secador é tao antigo que precisava esperar ele resfriar pra continuar secando. No final so tirei o excesso do molhado pois depois de esperar 6x o secador esfriar me ganhou no cansaço. Enfim, pessimo mesmo!

Quarto não tem boa estrutura. O banheiro tem um chuveiro em cima de uma banheira em desuso o que da trabalho para usar. A limpeza em geral deixa a desejar. Os quartos e corredor tem cheiro desagradável. O atendimento dos funcionários é muito bom e o café da manhã é bom, embora tenha encontrado presudo em decomposição. A Localização também é muito boa. Quanto ao preço é acessível.
