Tidy and neat

This place is great. It's clean, spacious, organized, comfy, etc. and it also serves you a full sized breakfast. It's located next to a local grocery. You'll find pharmacies near by and an interesting variety of restaurants that are well decorated and relaxing to chill (from japanese to peruvian, and even the regional Amazone and Mato Grosso cuisines.) Honestly, I wouldn't recommend any underrated than this for a stay in São Paulo. Being such a big city with so many houses spread between buildings, with all it's sophisticated and good quality services, there's no absolute reason for any hostel not to manage to accomodate you with a very close comfort to a hotel style service.

Nice little hotel near the center of São Paulo

I booked this hotel for a quick nights stay in São Paulo. The room was a bit small and the bathroom arrangement is a bit odd, since the shower and toilet are literally individual rooms. They don’t provide shampoo just super mini soap bars. You also need to buzz in every time you go out and come back. The breakfast was great! There were many options, eggs, sausage, ham, cheese, bread, fruits, juices, coffee, etc. The property is clean and isn’t too far away from the central avenue. The staff was super polite. It’s absolutely a great property for the value. It isn’t fancy by any means but is clean and efficient.

It would be nice if they could consider to maybe offert a dinner if their guests cant stay all the night because of their early flight or something rasonable and have to miss their breakfast. Or another possible service.

Great breakfast with freshly baked cakes and juice and fruits. Good and bright rooms with Windows for ventilation. Bed is a bit hard, pillows are too flat. Good transfer with reasonable price to airport. I nearly missed my flight because one of the staff's did not book my transport after reminding her for many times. Irresponsible staff making empty promises. I requested lower bunk bed because I hurt my knee. There was a,bed available in the room but the girl staff did not give it to me. After many reminders she only did it the next day. Irresponsible and I nearly fell from the upper bunk which was so high for people with short legs like me. You have to follow up closely on your request and make sure that the staff deliver the promises. Disappointed with the service.

Clean, pleasant stay!

We arrived earlier than check in and our room was available so they let us in which was brilliant. Very clean rooms. Slight issue of rain dripping onto a plastic roof downstairs which disturbed sleep but other than that couldn't complain. Breakfast was good too!

A hospedagem é bem localizada, o atendimento da recepção é bom, o café da manhã é muito bom, a limpeza dos quartos é boa; mais o quarto é muito apertado, o vaso sanitário é encostado na parede, a roupa de cama (Coberta) suja e cheira mal, e o pior de tudo, a qualidade dos colchões é horrível. Fiquei 2 noite sem dormir. Pois além do colchão ser péssimo ele é estreito. Não recomendo !

Boa hospedarem.

Eu sempre fico nesse hostel... faz um tempo que não vinha a SP. Achei as escadas, a frente do hostel e os corredores um pouco sujo. Não é o padrão que estava acostumada. O quarto que ficamos a porta estava um pouco estufada por conta que era de madeira, os quartos reformados são incríveis.
