Newly renovated apartment, in a highly valued region! of the city, close to trendy places in the city.

This unit is on the 13th floor and has 40m² of pure charm, its environment consists of two optimally designed bedrooms, with a complete kitchen integrated into the living room and a bathroom.

Its location is privileged, as it is close to Hospital Sírio Libanês, where the area has access to everything necessary for a great stay.

For everyone's safety, the Building requires guest documents to be sent prior to arrival. After booking, you must send us a photo ID of all guests.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out is until 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or common areas of the building. If this occurs, an extra day will be charged.

At first glance, it is already possible to observe the unique and tasteful finishes made in carpentry complemented with a hand-picked decoration with various elements from mining.

It has a large living room that connects to the bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen, making it a perfect and complete place to stay.

It's that vintage and cozy atmosphere in the same environment.

Speaking of the building itself, there is a very nice entrance hall and in its surroundings there are common areas, with a gym, toy library, gourmet area, laundry room and bike rack!

Not to mention its location, which is super privileged, being just 15 minutes from the Metrô Higienópolis-Mackenzie subway (yellow line), where you can access the main areas of the capital of São Paulo in a few minutes.
