Fantástico

Maravilhoso! Moema é muito bem localizado e perto de tudo que precisamos, além de estar a poucos passos da Estação de metrô e Shopping Ibirapuera. Melhor lugar de SP para se hospedar! O imóvel é moderno e aconchegante, tem toda a estrutura necessária.

This property is on an excellent location. The unit I stayed at needs better cleaning specifically in the bathroom and in the kitchen. maintenance is also needed: the ac in the living room is leaking and that water is coming directly over the sofa. Additionally, the team in charge must ensure to provide the basic things included in the contract, as for example bedding for the # of guests registered. We were three guests and we only received items for two, including towels, blankets, and kitchen forks.

Rooms had a lot of dust. Construction from 830 until the afternoon everywhere, people drilling the walls early in the morning. Internet not working properly and building is exactly in the plane's landing path. Besides that, their entry system was not working properly and we had to wait outside the building late at night until they could let us in.

Lots still to iron out

The property itself and the unit was very modern and nice. However, I experienced many issues. 1. No hot water. I was told to leave the water running for 20 minutes each time to get hot water flowing, but it only worked once. Had to take cold showers the other times. 2. WiFi did not work and I had to connect to the neighboring units’. 3. door lock is of poor quality and difficult to use. Had to use pinky finger to key in digital entry code, otherwise a bigger finger would hit neighboring numbers and give error. Multiple failed attempts trying to open the door every time which was very frustrating. 4. Very loud sound from airplanes flying overhead all day from 5am to midnight. 5. Extended my stay the last day, and they did not extend access to the building as well, which left me locked out of the building for several minutes. Overall nice, but many things left to iron out.

Uma ótima hospedagem

Inicialmente achei que essa hospedagem iria ser ruim pelos comentarios negativos que vi na Internet. Mas ficamos surpresos, desde a chegada até a saída foi ótimo. O quarto é excelente, bem limpo e com os principais itens de cozinha. Pontos negativos: Passamos 7 dias e 5 dias destes a água da piscina estava muito fria. Depois que comentei com a recepcionista da Charlie que no dia seguinte ligaram o climatizador para deixar a agua em temperatura ambiente! Dicas de melhoria: Sugiro trocar as panelas por panelas de indução. As que tinha no apartamento eram panelas comuns que acabam queimando devido não ser próprias para fogão de indução. Sugiro ter um liquidificador e uma sanduicheira no apartamento. Pontos positivos: Fica ao lado da estação do metrô e a poucos metros do shopping. Além disso tem um restaurante em frente ao prédio e uma panificadora a uns 100 metros o que facilitou em alguns momentos!

Tecnológico difícil

Achei muito burocrático e trabalhoso o cadastramento online, pois o software demorou a aceitar meus documentos. Para finalizar o cadastro, tive q falar com atendente online, que demorou a sair do modo robô. A entrada do hotel fica muito quente, sem ventilação nenhuma; precisamos de conforto para esperar Uber e outros. Reconhecimento facial na porta chato e inconsistente; não reconheceu meus parentes. Se soubesse q seria tão trabalhoso, provavelmente não ficaria lá, apesar do quarto ser ótimo e a localização tbm. Academia boa.

Faltou zelo! Ar-condicionado quebrado e etc...

A estadia poderia ter sido excelente se não fosse pelo ar condicionado do quarto quebrado, parede do banheiro com extensa área mofada(aspecto muito desagradável), pouco material de necessidades básicas (papel higiênico e detergente de pia), suplats e talheres sujos com manchas de uso do hóspede anterior. O local é muito bem localizado. Ao lado da estação de metrô Eucaliptos e do Shopping Ibirapuera. A infraestrutura do prédio também é excelente. O quarto é bem mobiliado, bom chuveiro, cama confortável. E acomoda bem até 04 pessoas. Mas o canal de comunicação não funcionou bem. Informei sobre o problema do ar condicionado e somente após 03 noites sem ar condicionado, a assistência técnica apareceu, ultrapassando em muito o prazo de 24h que eles prometeram. Precisei comprar papel higiênico e detergente pia para uma hospedagem de 04 noites. O apto tinha tudo para ser uma experiência excelente! Bairro agradável com tudo próximo. Mas faltou zelo e manutenção para oferecer ao hóspede uma experiência positiva. O problema da parede mofada com extensa área de infiltração parece ser um problema antigo que não foi dado importância. Lamentável oferecer um apto nessas condições.
