Extremely dusty, especially the anex area. Sofa had digusting big stains all over, rendering it unusable (im not sure what those stains were but they covered the entire sofa) Would not recommend.

Unit is noisy as hell. Couldn’t sleep. Customer service is slow and non acomoodating via WhatsApp only. Steals 45 minutes to just try to reach them and they could not change my unit

Bom mas precisa manutenção

cama e chuveiro excelentes, porém apto precisa de manutenção. porta do banheiro podre em baixo não fechando direito, sofá sujo. janela de vidro estava com defeito quando chegamos, no dia seguinte já consertaram. modelo de hospedagem do Charlie é prático, mas ao pedir uma toalha extra demoram 24h para entregar.
