cama e chuveiro excelentes, porém apto precisa de manutenção. porta do banheiro podre em baixo não fechando direito, sofá sujo. janela de vidro estava com defeito quando chegamos, no dia seguinte já consertaram. modelo de hospedagem do Charlie é prático, mas ao pedir uma toalha extra demoram 24h para entregar.

O quarto era confortável, mas a posição do ar condicionado não era boa na hora de dormir, pois na cama não pegava ventilação e ficava quente. Outra coisa é que só tinha um jogo de toalha e deu problema com o ralo do banheiro, molhando o piso. Ficamos com o piso encharcado durante toda a hospedagem. Deveria ter mais toalhas para o caso dessas emergências

Excelentes localização, limpeza e facilidade de comunicação. Pontos negativos: a internet era muito fraca, o cofre estava inoperante, secador de cabelo não funcionando e a cozinha poderia ter mais utensílios... São detalhes que não poderiam passar batidos no ambiente que é muito bom.

Roupa de cama encardida e com sinais de sujeira foram o ponto mais baixo. O imóvel está precisando de uma limpeza mais realista para quem deseja agradar os hóspedes. A sensação de sujeira está presente em todos os cantos, sobretudo nos móveis estofados. Gostei da piscina coberta e da hidromassagem que usei após um dia de trabalho. A geladeira também é muito boa e para longas estadias seria ótimo. Vista da varanda é fantástica.
