Considerações sinceras para melhoria

O hotel tem uma acomodação confortável, é bem espaçoso, camas boas, lençóis limpos. Alguns pontos deixaram a desejar: o aplicativo para incluir os hóspedes é bem ruim, gastei 2h falando com o suporte, fizemos 4 tentativas de incluir os documentos e fotos mas deu erro e foi recusado sem motivo. Por esse ponto, a experiência foi um pouco estressante. Outra situação, o cheiro no banheiro era bem forte e fedorento que não melhorava com o uso.

Confortável e limpo, porém o ar-condicionado não estava gelando. Ao fazer a reclamação, informaram que não se tratava de um hotel e por isso demorariam até 24 horas para arrumarem. No entanto, na minha reserva consta o nome HOTEL.

Tudo ótimo. Apenas achei estranho e me sentiria melhor se a porta dos fundos tivesse chave para trancar. Na prática, não é possível trancar essa porta, gerando desconforto na família.

Eu gostei, só não gostei de ter que matar uma barata. Estava bem limpo, bem cheiroso, porém talvez seja bom colocar algum tipo de remédio anti baratas.
