Excellent Location

Nice and comfortable hotel, excellent location. Be aware there's no reception, all contact must be made through WhatsApp, phone, etc. Also, there's no room cleaning (only when you leave), and there's an one-time cleaning fee on top of the room rate (check the total to make sure it's included before click on "Book").

The check in process seemed messy and disorganized. We only got access to our room over an hour after the promised check-in time. The room was very tiny and cramped. The bed was only a full size, so not good for a couple. In the bathroom, there was no holder for the soap, so it just had to sit on the counter and melt away. They never picked up trash or replaced towels or linen during the four days we were there. On the other hand, the location was great and we loved the neighborhood. I liked how easily we could get in and out of the building, and it felt pretty safe overall.

Mas, Cook top não funcionou, ferro a vapor também sem funcionar, apartamento com teia de aranhas junto a porta de saída/entrada do apto, banheiro sem suportes para sabonetes ou shampoos. Colocamos uma mochila e uma mala em cima do guarda roupas para não ocupar espaço, e para nossa surpresa ao retirá-las, vieram com crostas de poeira.

Excelente opção em Moema. Instalações novas e bem conservadas. Os quartos não são muito grandes, mas contam com tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia confortável.
