HORRIBLE!! I was waiting more than 3 hours outside the property for them to send me the code to enter the room. They never reply. There’s not a hairdryer. Sheets were so dirty The toilet was broken and didn’t flush DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE

Worst stay of my life. The checkin process is difficult, they don’t help you at all. I had my serration and they refused to help until I went through an arduous process online and communicated with them for over half an hour. Then, I couldn’t get my towels or sheets changed, and the people I’m supposed to contact wouldn’t help. Also, the policies depend on who is working the front desk. Day one: my cousin was allowed up to my room. Day two, my sister and law was allowed up. Day three, my cousin couldn’t come up because it’s their policy not to allow guests. Day four, same cousin was allowed up. It’s just stupid. Finally, with a couple of days left, the hot water in my shower stopped working. This was treated with a shrug. I couldn’t shower my last two days, and had to go shower at my cousins house. I cannot recommend highly enough that you stay away from this place. This was my 20th trip to Brazil and I’ve never seen anything this bad…ever. Stay away from this place at all costs.

Check-in demorado, recebemos o código do apartamento praticamente 2 horas depois do que foi combinado pelo Charlie. Acomodações excelentes, mercadinho 24h e academia bem equipada. A equipe da recepção foi excelente e prestativa em relação ao problema do check-in. A localização é muito boa, com restaurantes no saguão. Pontos negativos: estacionamento pago e muitas obras ao redor (não é novidade para a região de Pinheiros).

Lugar muito bem localizado. Próximo a bons restaurantes. O fato de estar no mesmo complexo que o Hotel Hilton facilita bastante o acesso. O apartamento é muito bem equipado. E possui uma ótima varanda. Certamente retornarei a esse local.

Gostei bastante, estava tudo bem organizado, gostei bastante das amenidades, piscina parecia ser aquecida, a academia bem moderna, ótima estrutura de restaurantes no térreo e no entorno do prédio, tem a possibilidade de fazer as refeições no Hilton, só senti falta de ter mais cabides no guarda roupas, pois só tinha 1 e eu queria pendurar as minhas roupas, foi muito positiva a minha estadia, tanto o staff do Charlie quanto do próprio prédio muito gentis e solícitos

Muy còmodo.

Un monoambiente pequeño pero suficiente para una corta estadìa. En una buena zona de San Pablo y en un edificio muy prolijo. No pudimos aprovechar la terraza con piscina y gym por el tiempo, pero es moderna tambièn.

Poderia ter sido melhor

O studio locado é confortável, em condomínio elegante, seguro e sua localização perto de uma estação do metrô e com várias opções gastronômicas no entorno são os pontos fortes. Por outro lado, a limpeza da unidade deixou muito a desejar. O piso (de laminado do tipo Duraflor) além de ser estar meio sujo, surpreendentemente estava cheio de cacos de vidro. Daqueles bem pequenos que a gente só percebe quando furam o pé. E foi o que ocorreu comigo e com meu filho. Além disso, uma confusão na liberação da nossa entrada junto à portaria do condomínio contradisse a mensagem que eu havia recebido horas antes de que “já estava tudo certo pra minha entrada”.

Pontos positivos: Instalações excelentes, ótima infraestrutura do edifício e localização. Pontos negativos: Fiquei na unidade 1713 e sofá está imundo, coberto possuía algumas manchas, não havia pano de prato, poucas vasilhas para cozinhar, não havia bucha para lavar vasilha tive que entrar em contato solicitando, tapete muito sujo e muita poeira no quarto
