Comfort at 5 min. from Sao Paulo Expo Imigrantes
We are in a great location, 5 minutes from SP Expo using a shortcut through Gate 6 of the park that gives direct access to the Expo entrance.
I am new to Vrbo, as well as the apartment that was completely renovated and recently opened to accommodate especially groups that are working. It comfortably receives up to 6 people, in 3 bedrooms, single beds and 2 bathrooms.
Sunny and airy apartment in quiet street. Mini market and bakery at 100m.
1km from the Zoo and Botanical Garden and 25 min. from Congonhas Airport.
Take the opportunity to fill yourself with good vibes, with all the structure of comfort, safety, tranquility. Every detail was thought out for this.
In the apartment:
- 24-hour concierge.
- Self Check-in, there is no need to pick up the keys with me, entry is by password at the door.
- High-speed wifi | 300mb
- Space for Home Office
- Washer and Dryer
- 32" TV with Chromecast
- Complimentary bed and bath linen
- Full kitchen ( wine glasses, toaster, blender).
Although all beds are single, there is the possibility of joining two beds, comfortably forming a double bed larger than a queen bed.
•Parking lot:
We don't have a parking space in the building.
We offer the option of entering the car park for loading and unloading luggage.
It is possible to park on the street for free.
The building has external cameras and night security, the street is part of the Solidarity Surveillance (cameras spread throughout the neighborhood), we are located 500m from a police station and there is always a vacancy on the street.
It is considered a safe street and all residents stop their second car on it.
• By condominium rule, the common areas (swimming pool, court, gym, playground and playroom) are not available to guests.
Every Tuesday there is an Entrepreneurs' Fair in the condominium, held on the court and in the ballroom, with delicious food, a fruit and vegetable fair. All guests are invited.
