Very satisfied, I would come back

I took the risk to book this hotel only because it was near to my client´s address but it was a good choice overall, very good price, breakfast and in general the food is very nice, the room is very confortable, much better than other more expensive hotels in Sao Paulo, one of the girls in the front desk was really beautiful, I fell in love :).

Nice Night Sleep

The location is in the middle of the city with the metro, shopping and food locations within walking distance. The area is not the best but is fine to travel around during the day. The hotel is clean and the room are fine. The beds are a little hard. The breakfast buffet is limited but there is enough there to find something to eat. The staff is great and very helpful. They went our of their way to help us and make sure we were taken care of.

Hotel bom.

Hotel muito bom, porém os quartos (pedimos para trocar e o segundo estava no mesmo) tem um cheiro incrível de mofo. Tivemos que deixar a janela e porta abertas para que pudéssemos ficar lá, mesmo com o frio que fez. A recepção, apesar de tímida, foi boa. Quanto ao serviço, a camareira que nos atendeu, tanto no café como para limpar o quarto do qual iríamos sair em momentos, precisaria ser mais delicada.

O pior atendimento

Uma das piores situações que já passei, com um hotel. Além de não encontrarem minha reserva, continuam me informando de que não haverá quarto disponível e que deveria procurar outro hotel. Após perceberem que não iria fazer isso, me colocam provavelmente no pior quarto que possuem. No check-out voltam a dizer que não tem minha reserva e que eu devo pagar, por sinalum valor muito mais alto. O gerente ainda mais rude diz que não é problema dele e eu que "de um jeito de provar". A rede realmente me desapontou com este hotel, está muito longe dos padrões da Atlantica
