The Space:
Our duplex studio is super cozy. On the first floor you will find a kitchen equipped with a Nespresso Essenza Mini, fridge, four-burner cook top, microwave and professional cookware utensils necessary for preparing meals on a daily basis. Living room with a two-seater sofa and a desk to work or study.

Upstairs you'll find a double bed, 50 inch television, closet and bathroom. Both floors have air conditioning and we offer fiber optic internet service. To enjoy your stay, the condominium offers infrastructure with living area, rooftop solarium, 24-hour security and one parking space free of charge.
