The room and price were good but it was hard to communicate with the owner and I didnt even receive the instruction for the check-in and check-out (I asked a security person).

Enviei mensagens tentando adiantar o check-in, e apenas falaram que confirmariam depois. Cheguei e fui ao hotel. Chegando lá, mandaram eu subir no quarto. Quando abri a porta tinha outra pessoa na cama!!! Não é hotel, são Flats no estilo Airbnb e a recepção não ajuda em nada. A segurança do quarto é questionável, pois a senha é a mesma para todos os hospedes. Mas o prédio é novo, limpo, bonito. O quarto é espaçoso e confortável.

A wonderful place in a nice area at a very affordable price! As other folks mentioned, you could hear planes flying by (I could see them climbing clearly), but at least it was not too loud and had no impact on my sleep. If you're a tourist, you will get really tired after spending the whole day walking around the city, and this much noise is nothing. The neighbor hood is very safe. The building has facial recognition device and 24hr on duty staff at the front door. If you don't speak Portuguese, just use google translate and even the security staff from the next building will come to help. Make sure you contact the building manager a few days in advance. They will ask you fill out a precheck in form, and they will text you (via What'app) room lock code and wifi password one day before you check in.

Hospedagem muito agradável! Tudo novo, prédio novo em região silenciosa. Utensílios de cozinha completos, incluindo cafeteira, chaleira, sanduicheira. A única ressalva fica para a cama, que é pequena e o colchão muito mole, e talvez seja motivo para não voltar. Ajustando isso seria perfeito.

Tentaram fazer em um studio um apartamento completo, resultado nada ficou bom, cozinha apertada, cama apertada e o banheiro quase não me cabia. A pior parte é que não existe janela nem circulação de ar no quarto.
