Experiência muito frustrante, não recomendo.

Ficamos em um quarto distante, com várias escadas e sem acessibilidade. Existe uma obra grande no local com muita poeira e barulho durante o dia e à noite, tivemos que antecipar o checkout devido à alergia dos nossos filhos (em um dia vimos três betoneiras no mesmo momento no local). Não há serviço de quarto, nem frigobar, contato com a recepção e, no nosso caso, não havia internet ou tomadas no quarto. No primeiro dia de café da manhã, às 9h já não havia quase nada e não houve reposição. É impossível ter privacidade nas áreas de lazer com tantos trabalhadores da obra no local, não vi ninguém utilizando no período em que estivemos hospedados. Por fim, solicitamos o reembolso da última diária, em função das questões de saúde dos nossos filhos, e não fomos atendidos. Resumindo, uma experiência extremamente frustrante.

Decepcionante!

Decepcionante. Reservamos um quarto triplo, recebemos um quarto minúsculo com apenas uma cama de casal, ao lado de uma obro com muito pó e barulho. Tive que ir na recepção reclamar e, segundo o que eles me disseram, o meu quarto triplo havia sido reservado por eles e pelo Hotels.com, ou seja, fizeram a reserva da mesma acomodação duas vezes, e eu, que estava com minha família (esposa e filho bebê), fomos direcionados para outro quarto, devido a esse erro (que ninguém tinha avisado em momento algum). Pedi para cancelar ou nos acomodar em outro quarto, com no mínimo uma cama para o meu filho. Fui para o centro do Embu das Artes, só retornei com minha família no início da noite, para pegar nossas malas e ir embora, mas nos acomodaram em outro quarto. Ficamos lá, mas não havia frigobar, não houve qualquer serviço de quarto, nem limpeza, absolutamente nada por 4 dias. Eu nunca vi isso antes, foi eu que tive que retirar o lixo e pedir papel higiênico. A comida e a água eram caras, foi melhor sair e comer fora todos os dias e não tinha nem H2O lá no restaurante. Sobre o café da manhã, bem mais ou menos. Sobre a parte comum, somente as hidromassagens tinham água aquecida, e as máquinas delas e das piscinas faziam muito barulho, pois estavam bem perto, era até difícil relaxar. Estavam com uma obra barulhenta e com bastante pó rolando lá todos os dias. O Wi-Fi ficou mais tempo sem funcionar que funcionando. PS.: A rua não tem asfalto, as vezes sobe bastante pó da estrada de terra.
Esse foi o quarto triplo que recebi para ficar com minha família.

Hotel não tem melhorias, meu quarto tinha uma parede de bolor. Escadas estreitas fora de padrão, restaurante comida duas estrelas, ambiente da piscina bom, mas tbm precisa de melhorias. Enfim ou eles atualizam o design do hotel ou a nota não irá melhorar.
