Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
This property needs care, it is located inside a hotel but owned and managed by somebody Elise. This means that the staff in the lobby will not help you on anything related inside your room.
Issues:
1- The air conditioner makes very loud noises (it shakes the bedroom windows, very scary) and switches from heating to cooling.
2- They don’t bring you clean towels, even if you put them on the floor. Cleaning staff will pick them from the floor and hang them back (as if they were fresh clean ones).
3- There’s no fitted sheet (they use regular ones) so it is easy to end up sleeping directly on the mattress.
4- overall cleanliness is scary. From the “white” floors in the shower to everything else. Needs deep cleaning.
5- Maybe I should stop here, but you need to know that you will never get an iron to iron your clothes. Period!
6- I stayed there for a week, last 3 days they didn’t put shower soap! Come on, it was the cheapest you could find, but no, not even that!
Very disappointed, I do t know how Expedia can resell this without providing information.
