Prédio bom, apartamento limpo. Mobiliário com várias portas quebradas, roupa de cama de baixa qualidade, cobertor que não esquenta. Ar condicionado barulhento, iluminação toda branca parecendo um hospital. Falta luzes de cabeceira.
