First, there's elevators in this property which is good. The listing says no elevators which is wrong. As people mentioned, the traffic noise is horrible, I brought ear plugs and even then I could hear the cars. The owners should do sowto improve the noise. Another thing that bothered me was the dry drain smell and tiny flies in the washroom. They have opened drains and if the place is closed for a bit the smell is bad. The security is very good. The area is good. I had no problems getting my Ubers there. Overall, it's a great property with good rooms just a few issues.

É limpo, bem localizado e bem seguro. Mas, o apartamento é muito prqueno, chegando a ser claustrofóbico. Ja ficamos em varios aptos em SP e este foi, disparado o menor de todos. Achamos caro para o que oferece.

Muito agradável

Acomodação ótima para um casal viajando a lazer. Cozinha equipada com panelas, fogão, sanduicheira, cafeteira e utensílios domésticos. No prédio tem um mini mercado de autoatendimento, e nas proximidades tem uma unidade do mercado Pão Açucar. Localização muito boa e segura na imediações Check-in e Check-out sem complicações. Vale lembrar que a acomodação fica próximo a uma via bastante movimentada e próximo ao aeroporto, então para quem se incomoda com barulho, não vai ser uma boa experiência, como eu não me importo, minha estadia foi ótima!

Quarto bom, localização ruim, acústica do apartamento muito ruim, pega todo o barulho de caminhoes transitando na bandeirantes durante a noite. Se houvesse um fechamento de sacada, amenizaria bastante. Recomendo levar tapa ouvidos.

Estadia excelente

A estadia foi excelente, a localização bem segura, a chegada na portaria, fui muito bem atendida, o apartamento extremamente organizado, tudo novinho, limpo, com roupas de cama e banho limpas. Vi que tem utensílios de cozinha, porém eu não precisei usar. Enfim, foi muito boa a estadia e pretendo voltar ☺️. Só deixo dois pontos de atenção, mas que pra mim não foram problemas por isso avaliei com 5, a avenida em frente é extremamente movimentada, a madrugada inteira tem barulho de carros, inclusive buzina de caminhões, quem tiver problemas pra dormir vai sofrer um pouquinho, e o box do banheiro é apertadinho, porém pra mim foi bem tranquilo. Ah... ainda, eles deixam como mimo shampoo, condicionador, sabonete e água mineral, algo que agrada a gente.

Ótimo local

O local é muito organizado e oferece tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia confortável. Vale mencionar que fica de frente para uma avenida movimentada, então pode haver algum ruído externo – algo comum em regiões centrais de São Paulo. Por isso, sempre levo protetores auriculares para dormir melhor, mas isso não comprometeu minha experiência. Além disso, um grande diferencial foi a segurança 24h na entrada, o que trouxe ainda mais tranquilidade à minha estadia.
