Nice property, very clean and secure. My apartment was clean but Very Angry about the lack of communication with getting my room/apartment information and had to sit outside for more than an hour until they finally found my reservation after showing them multiple receipts of purchase. didnt have my own way of getting in and out of the building due to the mess up and had to wait to be let in when going out because they kept trying to verify i was suppose to be there. The listing said english speaking workers/ help available on site one of the reasons i went with this location but that was false which made things even harder.

Primeiro tem que ser dito que são diferentes aptos, cada um com sua particularidades e minha avaliação é para o Apartamento com Design Assinado. A localização é muito boa, ao lado do metrô, bem limpo e equipado. Chuveiro e ar condicionado funcionando muito bem. Comunicação com o anfitrião foi excelente. Porém a cama é muito dura para o meu padrão, não há ducha higiênica no banheiro e o que mais me deixou incomodado é o barulho, pois ele fica voltado para a rua, no 7º andar e não tem janela antirruído. Dormi quase nada nas 3 noites que me hospedei.

Apartamento bem localizado, com bares, restaurantes e mercado próximos. Cozinha equipada para tomar café da manhã ou pequenas refeições. Estação de metrô na esquina e vários pontos de ônibus próximos. Quarto e banheiro de bom tamanho. Ar condicionado e cortina blackout excelentes. O local estava limpo, arrumado. Tem microondas, fogão 1 boca, cafeteira, geladeira, utensílios domésticos, toalhas e roupa de cama, enfim, uma "quitinete" agradável e perfeita! Muito bem localizada, num prédio novo e seguro, ao lado de uma estação de metrô e ponto de táxi. O Sérgio foi atento, respondia no whatsapp prontamente sobre o que tive duvidas. Geralmente fico em hotel quando vou para SP, sempre tive receio de me hospedar em apt porque toda avaliação que vejo é reclamando da comunicação do host com o hóspede. Mas minhas primeira hospedagem foi ótima. Sérgio que fez toda comunicação foi super solicito e muito educado. Quando cheguei fiquei meio perdida em como entrar, e os porteiros estavam mais perdidos que eu rs Mas no final deu tudo certo. O apartamento é ótimo, super confortável, limpo. Recomendo. Em próximos trabalhos perto do local com certeza ficarei lá novamente.
