Ac wasn’t working, for basically 2 days. Communication is very difficult, all is done through WhatsApp text and rarely you have a real person on the other side. They only gave us 2 bath towels and one hand towel, they charge you extra for another set. The unit wasn’t very clean and bed sheets have spots all over. I will not go back !

Ótima localização. Garagem ampla. Apartamento bem limpo e equipado. Pequenos problemas: falta de pilhas no controle de ar condicionado; posição de prateleira do box um tanto desconfortável; e água quente, de fato, morna (entendo que foi problema do condomínio).

Já fiquei várias vezes nesse prédio ele no geral é ótimo !! Depende do apartamento! O de 47 metros quadrado não é bom! O menor de 39 é muito melhor ! Esse ap em especial o ar tava barulhento
