I booked that place becausr they offer free airport shuttle. I enquiered twice via Expedia, no.response. I finally send a whatsapp.which was promptly answered. There should be a shuttle every full hour. No shuttle at 2100 h. Had to wait for over an hour. Receptionists spoke no english. Room was extremely small, no amenities whatsoever. Unfortunately quite noisy from.the street, in the morning loud discussions from the cleaning staff. No water cooker, no.nothing in the room. Breakfast was ok, friendly staff. Shuttle from.Hotel to.Airport went smoothly. Check out quite unfriendly. The only really good thing was how spotless clean the room was. That was it. The area is not very welcoming. Will not stay there again

Nice quiet hotel, good shuttle service, not close to many services but I went to the zoo on my free day (Uber there, walked back). Good long walk, felt safe. Pizza place on corner is good but that is main dining option at night. Breakfast good and did not eat other meals in hotel.

No paran de generarme gastos y problemas, con el cambio de tiempo de la escala tuve que rentar un hotel, la compañía nunca me avisó que necesito del certificado de fiebre amarilla para salir del aeropuerto, por ende me tengo que quedar en el aeropuerto y perder la reserva del hotel, quien me reintegra ese dinero?

Airport shuttle driver was very punctual and ready to assist. Front desk staff provided excellent customer service to resolve a booking error and ensured our room accommodations met expectations.

The staff were very nice, the hotel is located in a small street and cars drive thru fast. The hotel needs a major update. Wall unit AC is too old, doesn't cool enough. The bathroom hot water took between 7 and 10 to heat up. The matress is about 6 inches high.
