The room was very noisy, the hotel is located close to a very transited area and you can hear the traffic go by. We requested to be transfered to a less noisy area but they onky had available for an additional rate.

The hotel is OK but for the price I expected a bit more. Breakfast is nice, a large variety of hot and cold foods. The coffee is OK. My room had a broken warm water knob. They changed my room. The new room had poor to no internet connection and thus the smart TV kept disconnecting. Should be easy to fix. The bed sleeps nicely. There is late check out at 12:00 p.m. Room faces busy street with a lot of noise. The neighborhood isnt particularly nice to walk around in. Parking isnt free. It is 50 BRL for 2x 12 hours. For the price you pay for the hotel it should be free. For the same price you can book a complete studio in a nice area with free parking, pool, gym and kitchen. This one is good for business travellers I guess.

Dear Expedia Customer Service, I’m writing to express my deep disappointment with the service we received at Hotel Global Grupos do Brasil in São Paulo, which we booked through your platform. Upon arrival, we were assigned the wrong room. After bringing this to the hotel’s attention, they assured us that the issue would be resolved the next morning. Based on this promise, I booked an additional room at the same hotel using my Expedia rewards. However, after the first night, we followed up again, and the staff began giving us different excuses, while still promising to resolve the issue by evening. When we returned later that day, they informed us the hotel was fully booked, and we remained in the same small, uncomfortable room. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Frankly, we can’t help but feel we may have been treated unfairly, possibly due to being American tourists. Before leaving a negative public review, I wanted to give you the opportunity to review this situation and hopefully take appropriate action. I trust that Expedia values its customers and will help resolve this matter. Thank you for your attention. I look forward to your prompt response.

Pontos positivos: quarto grande para 4 pessoas com divisória entre os quartos. Limpeza e banheiro claro! Pontos negativos: a cama de casal era formada por dois colchões de solteiro embalados com um lençol dando ideia de era uma cama de casal! No ato da reserva, sempre priorizamos com café da manhã! E quando após o filtro, finalizamos a reserva, não foi incluído o café, pois tínhamos que ter prestado atenção no final da reserva e selecionar a opção: sem taxa extra ou com café da manhã, que passou desapercebido por nós! E tivemos que pagar o café no local separados! Quanto ao café: bom, bastante variedade de bolos, poucas variedades de pães e sucos.

Quarto extremamente limpo impecável Banheiro impecável porém fica a dica no quarto Stander ( o mais simples) uma pessoa com pouca mobilidade ou obesa não consegue usar o vaso sanitário Outra coisa é a temperatura da água, minha sorte é que no dia de minha hospedagem estava calor mas se estivesse mais frio tinha passado apertado pois o chuveiro não esquentou.
