Absolutely wonderful place to stay in Brazil it's in the neighborhood not near the tourist areas it's more of a place where the people that work in Brazil live it was very safe the people around there are really nice really helpful and very wholesome there's a restaurant right next-door I eat there every day religiously the food is very inexpensive and the vibe was just beautiful very welcoming if you're ever in Brazil and you're looking to save a few dollars and be safe and not have to worry about anything this is the perfect hotel you have nothing to worry about as far as safety and there's many shops and stores very much shopping areas right down the street there's an outside shopping mall which made like so much easier than next time I'm in Brazil I will stay once again at this wonderful hotel! ❤️

Really nice hotel very friendly wonderful breakfast the air-conditioning in the room is magnificent the people here are very friendly and welcoming extremely understanding and patient due to the fact that I do not speak Portuguese they are very patient and friendly welcoming and hospitable I can't imagine staying in a better place in all of São Paulo I highly recommend a stay at this hotel!!!

O quarto estava mal cuidado, paredes quebradas e pintura descascando. A "vista de cidade" mencionado no anúncio é um cemitério. Quando questionei se poderiam antecipar o café da manhã, devido ao horário do meu vôo, só recebi um sonoro não Não recomendo a hospedagem.

Quarto excelente, equipe atenciosa, muito limpo e um bom Cafe da manhã. Os pontos negativos são a localização, pois a noite fica muito deserto e as escadas para acesso aos quartos, não têm elevador. Dito isso ,um ótimo custo benefício.
