Really nice hotel very friendly wonderful breakfast the air-conditioning in the room is magnificent the people here are very friendly and welcoming extremely understanding and patient due to the fact that I do not speak Portuguese they are very patient and friendly welcoming and hospitable I can't imagine staying in a better place in all of São Paulo I highly recommend a stay at this hotel!!!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay in Brazil it's in the neighborhood not near the tourist areas it's more of a place where the people that work in Brazil live it was very safe the people around there are really nice really helpful and very wholesome there's a restaurant right next-door I eat there every day religiously the food is very inexpensive and the vibe was just beautiful very welcoming if you're ever in Brazil and you're looking to save a few dollars and be safe and not have to worry about anything this is the perfect hotel you have nothing to worry about as far as safety and there's many shops and stores very much shopping areas right down the street there's an outside shopping mall which made like so much easier than next time I'm in Brazil I will stay once again at this wonderful hotel! ❤️

O hotel é bem localizado, a rua relativamente tranquila mesmo sendo na região do centro. Infelizmente a rua é ponto de travestis. A comodidade de ter estacionamento é ótimo. O hotel fica localizado em cima de uma lanchonete. E o acesso é apenas por escadas. Isso dificulta um pouco para pessoas com bebês, idosos e pessoas com dificuldades de locomoção. O hotel está reformado, é bem limpinho, o quarto é confortável e tem um tamanho muito bom. Café da manhã é simples e bom. O espaço do café da manhã é bastante apertado.

O quarto tinha tamanho suficiente, com banheiro reformado. No entanto, a localização é péssima, especialmente à noite, a recepção funciona apenas no 2o andar, a vista dos quartos é para um cemitério. Alem disso, varios hospedes chegam apos a meia noite e o isolamento acústico das portas e lajes é péssimo, sendo acordados todas as vezes que alguem chegava.

Nos colocaram em um quarto ao lado da recepção e da área do restaurante. O barulho de conversas e arrastar de móveis era constante e incomodava muito. As camas e travesseiros são razoáveis, a limpeza deixa a desejar e alguns funcionários são despreparados e nada cordiais. Não tomei o café da manhã para poder avaliar, e não ficaria no hotel novamente.

Hotel confortável, no centro de Guarulhos, prático para quem vai aguardar uma conexão no aeroporto. Apartamento bem equipado, com TV de tela plana e ar condicionado split. Estacionamento próximo, café da manhã incluído e equipe atenciosa. Pode não ser uma boa opção para quem tem dificuldades de locomoção, já que o acesso ao hotel é através de uma escada e não tem elevador. No mais, custo/benefício muito bom.
