This place was great! The breakfast was yummy! All that was missing was free water and an elevator for us. But all in all it was spic and span! WhatsApp was very helpful and receptive

Absolutely wonderful place to stay in Brazil it's in the neighborhood not near the tourist areas it's more of a place where the people that work in Brazil live it was very safe the people around there are really nice really helpful and very wholesome there's a restaurant right next-door I eat there every day religiously the food is very inexpensive and the vibe was just beautiful very welcoming if you're ever in Brazil and you're looking to save a few dollars and be safe and not have to worry about anything this is the perfect hotel you have nothing to worry about as far as safety and there's many shops and stores very much shopping areas right down the street there's an outside shopping mall which made like so much easier than next time I'm in Brazil I will stay once again at this wonderful hotel! ❤️

Really nice hotel very friendly wonderful breakfast the air-conditioning in the room is magnificent the people here are very friendly and welcoming extremely understanding and patient due to the fact that I do not speak Portuguese they are very patient and friendly welcoming and hospitable I can't imagine staying in a better place in all of São Paulo I highly recommend a stay at this hotel!!!

Hotel não possui elevador e tem muitas escadas se você tiver com malas pesadas ou dificuldade de mobilidade não é uma boa opção. O café da manhã é bem humilde com o básico e com uma qualidade inferior dos produtos. Os recepcionistas são super atenciosos e educados.

Se quer ficar perto do aeroporto de GRU é uma excelente opção, pois é perto, hotel novinho, quarto ótimo e barato. Tem muita escada, não tem elevador. Não recomendo pra quem tem mobilidade reduzida. Para quem gosta, tem diversão na esquina.

O quarto é bom pelo preço, café da manhã excepcional e equipe muito educada. A única coisa que me incomodou foram as toalhas, estavam com aparência suja, com cabelo de terceiros e um pouco úmidas. Recomendo atentarem-se a esse fato e, como sugestão, a disponibilização de um secador de cabelo para ser utilizado durante a estadia.

O quarto é arrumadinho e confortável e aparenta ser limpo. Não é uma hospedagem para passar vários dias, mas é estratégica para passar uma noite próxima ao aeroporto de Guarulhos. A hospedagem NÃO possui elevador, então se você tiver mobilidade reduzida, não reserve porque tem que subir escadas. A localização também não parece ser das mais seguras, mas isso é da cidade como um todo, não especificamente do hotel.O trânsito hotel aeroporto e vice versa (de Uber) foi tranquilo, em torno de 15 a 20 minutos, mas fui em final de semana (sábado e domingo), não sei dizer como é durante a semana.
