A estrutura é bastante inteligente, mas a Limpeza foi um desafio. As roupas de cama claramente não estavam lavadas…tinha cheiro de corpo suado e marca de suor (fora os pelos duvidosos que estavam espalhados na parte de dentro do lençol). O Lençol tinha uma mancha avermelhada tipo sangue e estava bem sujo tb.

La idea de cápsulas es buena, pero muy mal realizada. No había suficientes repisas para poner cosas. Una buena idea es que uno no se sienta apretado, sino cobijado. El internet no servía en el quinto piso y se oía como el vecino de cuarto roncaba. Los baños requieren mayor limpieza en las regaderas. Hay fugas y el baño común de varones del segundo piso se inunda. Hay una enorme construcción con ruido constante de 7 am a 7 pm al lado. Sí uno quiere hacer una siesta en ese horario, imposible. La ubicación es maravillosa, a unas cuadras de avenida paulista. El barrio muy bueno con muchos lugares para comer y pasear. La avenida principal donde está ubicado el hotel no tiene la mejor pinta. El staff de todos los turnos muy amable y serviciales. El problema es que parece renovado pero le falta mucho para ser un buen hotel tipo cápsula. No servía el restaurante y tampoco ha espacios comunes como otros hoteles de este estilo. Muy económico, pero aún así no sé si valga el precio pagado. Es una pena por su ubicación y una buena idea.

Quarto bem limpo, funcionários bem preparado e simpático, acho que deveriam apenas fiscalizar melhor os fumantes tinha um cheiro muito forte de cigarro no corredor saindo de algum quarto e invadiu o quarto que eu estava. Horrível pois como a proposta é um quarto capsula o cheiro tomou conta rapidamente. Fora esse hóspede que fumou e incomodou de resto tudo ok Excelente hospedagem pra quem só quer dormir e pagar pouco com boa localização
