Le personnel est super accueillant et disponible. Par contre, c'est un vieil hôtel et même que ça ne correspond pas à ma définition d'hôtel. C'est un hostel ou quelque chose dans le genre. Parfois la nuit, il y a des remontées de gaz, ce qui peut être très désagréable. J'ai choisi cet endroit, entre autres, pour le petit déjeuner qui est inclus. Mais les deux premiers jours, ils ont oublié de me le porter à ma chambre. Le service de nettoyage de chambre ne semble pas systématique. Il faut en faire la demande.

Quarto completamente diferente das fotos! Banheiro com terrível cheiro de esgoto, café da manhã era no quarto, com itens limitados a 1 pão pra cada que só veio macio 1 dia, 1 fatia de queijo e presunto pra cada, 1 manteiga e 1 copo de suco pequeno, café da pior qualidade. Não arrumavam o quarto ou trocavam toalhas em 4 dias de hospedagem. Recepcionista nos cobrava que haviam valores a serem pagos toda vez que saíamos do hotel, mesmo informando que as diárias estavam pagas pelo aplicativo, o que foi bastante constrangedor.

O Hotel superou minhas expectativas! Tudo limpo e cheiroso, ar-condicionado e televisão funcionando, pessoas prestativas e educadas. Acesso fácil e preço justo. O café da manhã é favorável também e pra mim, ele poder ser agendado num horário específico e ser levado direto no quarto foi o diferencial. Valeu cada centavo!!!

Atendimento impecável, quarto limpo, mas antigo. A estadia tem o preço muito bom e fica pertinho do aeroporto de Guarulhos. Precisamos sair cedo e pedimos se era possível tomarmos café da manhã mais cedo, e eles levaram no quarto, ficamos surpresos e felizes. O local atendeu para o que precisávamos! Obrigada!
