Shoutout to “UDY” i believe his name is pronounced. Works at the front desk he really is the superstar of this building. Always extremely friendly and helpful. Goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable and welcome in Sao Paolo. I do have to say that there is a seperate company who runs the door camera/ facerecognition entry. The man who works for them was very rude and nasty to me , In my mind because im an american. I have never been so rudely treated . Really left a bad taste in my mouth . Brazil is a beautiful country beautiful people so friendly and kind. As anywhere rhere aee people who are not. The building is extremely clean and secure. The concept of having your own apartment is great and was very happy with that. I just think its bad for business to have people operating the security to your building who would treat a customer so poorly. If not for UDY, and im sure im misspelling his name, i would say i would not rent here again. However just because of him I absolutely would stay again. If your brazilian and speak perfect portuguese you should have no issue.

Adoro a rede de Charlie porque é uma rede de hoteis tipo Studio. Os quartos são ótimos. O atendimento é todo on-line, mas muito funcional. Esta unidade que fiquei é 1 prédio exclusivamente do Charlie. Sempre opto por essa rede.

Excelente acomodação, atendimento rápido, perto da estação de metro da Ana Rosa, limpeza do apartamento impecável. Senti falta de uma wifi melhor e de onde colocar o lixo acumulado do quarto. Mas no geral uma excelente acomodação.

De modo geral foi excelente, o apartamento é pequeno e aconchegante, ideal para uma pessoa ou casal; Condominio tranquilo, fiquei no 1 andar não tive problemas com barulho, muito sossegado; A localização é ótima, 10 minutos andando até o Metro Vila Mariana, e 20 minutos andando até o shopping Santa Cruz; Faltou alguns acessórios para limpeza do apto como: pano de chão para secar o chão da cozinha depois do uso, e o banheiro após o banho, e um aspirador também ia ajudar muito; Na cozinha poderia ter uma chaleira elétrica para fazer um chá no fim do dia, fizeram um agrado deixando 2 capsulas de café, porém não tinha o açúcar nem o adoçante; O COLCHÃO é de molas, e não é tão confortável, mas tudo bem; E outro detalhe, a TV não tem canal aberto, somente Youtube, pra quem gosta de assistir um filme melhor levar sua senha do Netflix; E a comunicação é feita pelo WhatsApp já que não tem porteiro. Mas são rápidos a responder; Com certeza voltarei a me hospedar e recomendo!
