I booked a big apartment on the last (14th) floor with a large terrace. Instead I got a much smaller apartment with a small dirty balcony on 2nd floor. Every morning I woke up to the construction noise in the nearby building. The receptionist told me that AC didn't work in the apartment that I booked and that I would move in as soon as it's fixed. The other receptionist the next day said that the apartment that I booked and paid for was actually occupied by someone else. And what do I get as compensation? 10% of the original cost, it's outrageous!!

The place isn't bad, but if you stay for long period you need to pay a lot for them to clean your room, there's no basic cleaning tool for you to do yourself, bed sheets there's only one, so you need to wash yourself and there's no spare to put on bed in-between wash, the same for towels.. .. location is great

Thai place needs more attention (comforter dirty)

The location is good, but there is always an issue, it’s a shower that’s is licking make the entire bathroom floor wet, tv disconnect, and I asked for a blanket next day I realized that the blanket was all dirty with dry nasy blood it was there before but unfortunately I didn’t see it before, extremely disgusting.

This hotel is not suitable for international travellers as you need to use an APP to check-in and to use any services like laundry machine or make requests. The APP is ONLY in Portuguese and the staff only speak Portuguese. Also the hotel only offers minimal supplies, even though we were staying 8 days. One bath towel per person for 8 days. A kitchen with no dish soap or drying towels. A patio with lounge chairs but no chair pads or towels. One TV on the wall at the end of the bed but only one thin pillow to put behind your back to watch in bed. This hotel might aspire to be a technology hotel like CitizenM but really misses the target.

Equipe gentil, atenciosa. O lobby é moderno, sempre limpo e cheiroso. Ótimas opções de cafés e compras no mini mercado. O quarto é amplo, climatizado. Estava sem edredom e papel higiênico, foi resolvido rapidamente. Uma das toalhas estava com uma mancha marrom, assim como o edredom. O quarto e o banheiro apresentavam algumas avarias e manchas, algo que a equipe pode melhorar, porque tudo é maravilhoso, inclusive a localização. Os travesseiros são ótimos, contrário do que reclamam. Só poderia melhorar o anti-ruído das janelas e a manutenção geral. 10 de 10.

A equipe é sempre muito gentil, mas dessa vez tivemos problemas com o quarto no penúltimo dia. Começou a chover e pingar água do teto na cama e todos os dias um barulho muito grande de obra.
